Digimedia Cartwall released

Digimedia Cartwall is a broadcast cart wall — a grid of clickable tiles, each holding one audio file, all playing out over a single sound card you choose. Press a tile and the audio starts immediately, built for the split-second timing of a live show. Up to ten tabs organize your carts into sets like Jingles, Beds, Idents and Promos, with up to sixteen carts playing at once and an external automation system able to trigger any of them over the network. No setup, no server: a single app.

Digimedia Cartwall — a grid of cart tiles across ten tabs
Wall view: a 4×4 grid of cart tiles across ten tabs, each tile showing artwork, title, artist and stereo level meters.

Six grid sizes

From 3×2 to 8×8 — choose fewer, larger tiles for a live show or a denser grid to keep a bigger set within reach.

Ten organized tabs

Quickcart, Jingles, Beds, Liners, Idents, Sweepers & Bumpers, Effects, Stingers, Promos and DJ Drops — rename, reorder or close them like any other tab.

Instant playback

Click a tile to start it, click again to stop — up to sixteen carts play simultaneously, with Stop All silencing everything at once.

Tags travel with the file

Artwork, colour, title and artist are written straight into the audio file itself, so they follow the track wherever it goes.

UDP remote control

An external automation system can trigger, stop or toggle any cart, or switch tabs, over the network via UDP.

Made to fit

Locked mode for live shows, eight configurable cart colours, Autocue silence-skipping and a built-in update channel.

Digimedia Stacks released

Digimedia Stacks is a broadcast cart player laid out as a board: between one and sixteen lists sit side by side, each a fully independent player with its own sound card. Clicking a card arms the cart rather than starting it, so a stray click during a show can never put something on air — Play and Stop are separate, deliberate actions. With up to sixteen lists playing simultaneously, Stacks scales from a single cart set to a full multi-output board, with remote control over UDP and an optional WebSocket Control API for external control surfaces. No setup, no server: a single app.

Board view: multiple cart lists side by side, each with its own colour, armed cards and live level meters.

Up to sixteen independent lists

Each list is a fully independent player with its own sound card — scale from a single cart set to a full multi-output board.

Arm, then play

Clicking a card arms it rather than starting it, so a stray click during a show can never put something on air.

Auto select next

Arm the next cart automatically the moment the current one stops — by Stop, by reaching the end, or by failing to start.

Tags travel with the file

Artwork, colour, title and artist are written straight into the audio file itself, so they follow the track wherever it goes.

Remote control & Control API

Arm and trigger carts over UDP, or expose every list as a fader over an optional WebSocket Control API.

Made to fit

Locked mode for live shows, a sound card per list, and a built-in update channel.

Digimedia Surface released

Digimedia Surface turns your computer into a mixing control surface for any DHD audio core. Pick one of three connection modes per workspace — the dhd.audio API, Ember+ or MIDI MCU — and ride faders, ON and PFL on a familiar console strip with broadcast-grade metering. Drive several cores at once in separate tabs, or run up to 32 parallel MCU links to your DAWs. No setup, no server: a single app.

Digimedia Signage released

Digimedia Signage is a visual layout designer for BrightSign digital signage players. Arrange a background or overlay, HTML and RSS widgets, and up to two video windows on a canvas that mirrors your target screen exactly, then deploy the finished layout straight to a real player over the network — no BrightScript to write by hand. It's just as capable driving a broadcast studio screen, showing a live dhd.audio Views App view, as a lobby or retail display. No setup, no server: a single app.
